UNIQUE CUISINE CATERING WELCOMES NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF JOSH ROBIN
Unique Cuisine is proud to welcome Joshua Robin as the new executive chef for the company’s on-site and off-site catering services. Robin’s arrival will bring a fresh, new perspective to the company while building upon Unique Cuisine’s distinct menus, flavors and longtime customer favorites.
Robin brings years of experience to the company, working in prominent Louisiana establishments including Galatoire’s Bistro in Baton Rouge, and Cafe Des Amies, in Breaux Bridge. Robin also brings extensive training and kitchen management experience to the kitchen team. While working for Copeland’s of New Orleans, Robin was responsible for opening restaurants in Louisiana, Houston, Orlando, Annapolis, Las Vegas and Chicago.
Robin’s culinary experience and cooking has been recognized both locally and nationally. Robin has been featured in The New York Times “Best of Acadiana,” on the cover of Chili Pepper and in Louisiana Cooking. Robin has also been crowned winner of the Acadiana Culinary Classic in Lafayette.

Unique Cuisine has moved its main located to 3838 West Lakeshore Drive and will no longer operate out of its building at 625 S. Acadian Thruway.
